FAQQ.How can I search for a certain product? 

A.If you wish to search for a specific product, please use the search box, located in the header of the site. Fill in the information that you are looking for and if these can be found on the website, a list of matching results will be displayed. ,

Q. How do I place an order on lylasupplies.com?

A.Once you find the item you are interested in, click on it and you will be taken to the product detail page. On that page, you can select the quantity then simply select the option to "add to cart" and you can check out at any time by selecting the checkout button.  If we are sold out of a product, please feel free to sign up for a re-stock notification!

Q. What types of Payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards and Debit cards. 

Q.How will my item(s) be shipped?

A.All of our shipping information can be found in our shipping/ refunds section.

Q.How do I check the status of my order.

A.Simply login to your account you have established . There you can check the status of your order.

Q.How many of each item do you keep in stock?

A.All our items are made in large batches. The stock show on the website is based on the most recent batch. If an item is out of stock feel free to contact us and we'll try our very bext to have it restocked asap.

Q.I saw an item that I wanted and now I can't find it?

A.An item will become invisible if an item is discontinued by us, it will have been taken off of the website since it is no longer available for purchase.

Q.How do I track my order?

A.Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you did not receive your tracking number and your order status says "shipped," please contact us.

Q.Do you have additional images?

A.Yes!  Please follow all of our social media sites or contact us for more images.

Q.What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?

A.This can delay the process of your order and more information will be neede from you to be able to proceed.

Q.Do you ship internationally?

A.Yes we ship to every country that does not currently have shipping restrictions. Any questions regarding shipping please contact us.
