Shipping / Returns

We are very proud of our reputation for fast shipping of orders. We ship from Monday to Friday and orders are mailed within 1 - 2 business days. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. 

You will receive a notice to the email you gave us when your order ships.  

All orders are shipped from Turkey, wrapped in protective bubble mailers and packed for their best protection. They'll be mailed out using the International Registered Airmail service with signature confirmation and tracking. We will upload this tracking number to your order when it ships. 

Average Registered Airmail Delivery times:
USA, Canada - 14 - 21 days
Europe, Asia, 10 - 14 days
ITALY - 3 weeks

Australia - 14 - 21 days
Brazil, Mexico & Colombia - 6- 8 weeks

Express Couriers (DHL & UPS) - 3 - 5 days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and based on the average time most orders took to arrive. Sometimes it can take a little longer and your patience is greatly appreciated.

Packages usually take 2 business days to leave Turkey. When you local customs release your package, it will be handled by your local governmental postal companies (E.G: USPS within the U.S, CanadaPost in Canada, etc). 

Depending on your country, please keep in mind that the post office will not release Registered Airmail packages without your signature. This means, if there's no one present at your address at the time of delivery, your package will not be left on the backdoor or in your mailbox by the postman. Instead, you will probably receive a notice indicating that there's a package addressed to you and it'll either be redelivered or you'll be able pick up at your local post office. The shipped items will require a recipient signature to validate it has arrived to its destination.

Return packages: We will contact you if your package returns back to us. We will priovide a photo of the package and an explanation according to the details on the package for reason of return. If the package indicates it was unclaimed, underliverable or invalid address the reshipping fees are the buyers responsibilty. We can provide items refund minus original shipping fees upon request.

Once your package has been mailed, we are not responsible for postal delays that may occur. We can only help with tracking for packages upto leaving Turkey. Once your package has left Turkey tracking, customs and import fees / duties are the buyers resposibility. You may contact your local Post Office or Customs Agency for more information. 

If your order is intended for a special occasion or festive event, please order in advance. 

Returns

We want you to be happy with the shopping experience so we offer a generous 45 day return policy from the date of order. All we ask you to do is provide a photo of the subject item/s within 5 days of receipt of the package. If both the seller and buyer agree the items should be returned. The buyer must return within 5 days of agreement and must be postmarked within 45 days from order date.  

We do not accept returns of:

  • Cut chain by the meter/yard or cut leather, ribbon, cord by the meter/yard.
  • Clearance items
  • Package product that has been opened, including tools, beading wire, etc.
  • Strands of beads that have been cut apart (please inspect your bead strand and decide whether you want to keep them BEFORE cutting the strand apart)
  • Partially used products of any kind, including partial bead strands, etc.
  • Products purchased at other web sites (it happens)

All returns should be in original condition & shipped in same or similar packaging to ensure safe delivery. Within 24hrs of recieving package we will take a photo of the package and items, contact you via email and refund the purchase price through Paypal (providing the items have arrived in original condition). Please understand that shipping & handling fees are buyers responsibility and are non refundable.

Wrong Item/s Sent:

We do our very best to not make errors with order but if it does happen please contact us and provide a photo of the error item/s. We will get the correct item sent out immediately and speak with you about returning the mistakenly sent item if applicable.  

Item/s Arrived Broken: 
If you receive a broken item, please follow the same procedure as 'wrong item/s sent' for obviously defective items (clasps that don't stay shut, items missing crystals, etc.) however please be aware that not liking the way an item looks does not qualify as a defect and in that case, please follow the 45 day return procedure at the top of the page.  If you are not sure whether an item qualifies as defective or not, please contact us.
